  • 5 star review  The best. Focus on quality n not quanity. Super cow genetics n careful bull selection. I bought the greatest heifer two years ago n made forever friends. Adding to this review since I wrote it before the store was opened. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I started as a customer buying a heifer, then bought feed off them when they sold Rowe from the garage. They grew into what you see now from a lot of happy customers n friends who requested more n more. And they delivered. You will not find friendlier people. The owner goes out of her way too please customers. They are human and have a family, but no matter what she tries to make sure customers are happy and their needs met. I myself drive an hour each way passing up several feed stores 3-15 minutes from my house. It is worth it!

How long will it take to ship my order?

FAST ORDER PROCESSING:

  • In-stock Flat Rate & FOB Items: 0-1 Business Days.  Same-day Shipping is our goal as long as we get your order early enough in the day (Monday-Friday).  
    Note: UPS 2nd Day Air orders are always processed as quickly as possible.
    *Feel free to give us a call if you need us to expedite your order processing, and we'll gladly bump you to the head of the line even on our busiest shipping days.
  • Freight Items are drop-shipped directly from our vendor.  Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery on these items.

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES: 

Our UPS Shipping program gives you an estimated delivery date. 

  • Please note that UPS has temporarily suspended their Service Guarantee due to COVID-19, however UPS is doing everything they can to meet their normal delivery dates.

UPS 2nd Day Air is available if you need your items as quickly as possible.  See the UPS and USPS Shipping Estimate Maps below for regular shipments.

NOTE: Products classified as "ORM-D", such as aerosol cans, must be shipped via UPS Ground (1-5 days) or USPS Parcel Select Ground Transportation (2-8 days for the 48 contiguous states), which may increase shipping times.

Can I track my package?

Yes!  We only ship via methods that offer Order Tracking on your packages.

It's our job to keep you up to date on your order.  To make sure you receive your Order Update emails, please make sure "happier@smokyvalleysupply.com" is on your safe list in your email settings.  That way they won't accidentally end up in your junk or spam folders.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat Rate Items (Free Shipping Eligible): The majority of our items are eligible for free shipping if you spend $99 or more. Flat Rate shipping charge of $6.95 applies for orders under $99. 
NOTE:
Shipping on these items is free if FOB shipping charges are applied to your order.

FOB Items: Actual shipping charges apply to these bulky and/or heavy items.  Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.  Although we try to make sure shipping costs are accurate, technology is never perfect.  So if your shipping charges look too high let us know, and we'll see if we can reduce it for you.

Freight Items: To reduce shipping costs, large equipment is drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.  We offer a shipping discount on most frieght items.  You can either call us for a freight quote at 724-484-0316, or place your order and we'll contact you with a freight quote ASAP prior to processing your order. 

What if I buy the wrong size?

We offer Free Shipping on exchanges for sized items:
As farmers, we know it can be tough to buy new livestock gear, or a pair of wash pants, without trying them on.  That’s why we moved the fitting room to your living room (or barn!).  From hoodies to procools, if you or your livestock can try it on, you can exchange it, free!

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

We only charge Sales Tax to Pennsylvania residents (6%).
